Delivery
The order is shipped via a courier company that delivers the package within 2 business days of completing the order. Some products are in stock, while some are made to order, which usually takes a maximum of 14 days.
We know that online lighting and furniture purchases and delivery via courier are at risk of random accidents, which is why we make sure that your orders are delivered to you intact.
We pack all orders carefully protecting your future purchase so that it reaches you undamaged. Each packet is appropriately marked by us with "attention glass" stickers. However, if something unforeseen happened during transport, which we would not want, please remember to write a damage report at the courier.
Returns and exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with the product you ordered and it was not made to order, you can always return it or exchange it. In this case, please contact us at duchess@duchess.pl - we will try to find a solution.
The consumer is entitled pursuant to art. 27 of the Consumer Law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in art. 33, art. 34 of the Consumer Law. The withdrawal period from a distance contract is 14 days from the date of delivery of the item, and to meet the deadline it is enough to send the following statement before its expiry.

Warranty
We provide 24 months warranty for all our products. When ordering from us, you can be sure that the product was made 100% by us in Poland and is subject to warranty or exchange in the country.
